MVe Chair Class
A full Pilates workout on Peak Pilates MVe chair- challenging and fun!

TRX Core
Our newest addition to our studio offerings, this Suspension Training class uses
your own body weight at various angles to bring Pilates concepts to a new level.

Please bring clean sneakers.

Beginner Mat -
For newer students, this class focuses on breath, form and the basic
Pilates mat sequence. Pilates principles are taught in order to build a
strong foundation from which to advance to the next level.

Intermediate Mat -
Once a strong foundation has been built, new exercises are added which
further develop core strength and flexibility. Focus on flow, breath, form
and precise control in this class that moves at a slightly faster pace.

All level Mat -
Strengthen the deepest core muscles while increasing flexibility &
decompressing your joints. Focus on breath, alignment, balance and
posture while performing Pilates traditional exercise sequence.

Equipment Class -
A class using either the reformer or tower systems depending on
how many people come that day. Focus on form, working with springs
to get the full benefit of the Pilates System. Prior Pilates experience required.
Priced as Tower class.

Tower Class -
This class utilizes the tower equipment, providing spring tension to create
powerful, resilient muscles while decompressing the joints.
Prior Pilates experience necessary.

CardioPilates
A small group class designed to elevate the heart rate for a more aerobic workout,
while staying with traditional Pilates repertoire on various equipment.
Prior Pilates experience strongly recommended.

Classes are ongoing. To participate in a group class, we request that you are
free of injuries and have had some prior pilates experience. In order to assure that
everyone receives individual attention, mat classes are limited to 8 participants,
tower classes to 5, and group reformer classes to 3. If you have not had prior pilates
experience, you must have at least one private lesson and be evaluated before you
are able to register for a group class. Please call the studio to make an appointment.
