Lessons are 50 minutes long. Please be on time, as someone else's lesson is likely to follow yours.
If you are late, your lesson will continue for the remainder of your scheduled time.

Please feel free to arrive a few minutes early and change into your pilates wear in the rest room. Dress comfortably. Fitted athletic or dance wear is recommended so that teachers are able to see your alignment.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Please cancel your appointment 24 hours in advance, as you will be charged for late cancellations.

HOURS
The studio is open Monday-Thursday 8am-7pm, Friday 8am-4pm and Saturday mornings by appointment.

INSURANCE
Pilates Studio of Fairfield, LLC is fully insured for liability.

DIRECTIONS
The studio is located at 39 Sherman Court in Fairfield, second floor. From the Post Road, turn south onto Reef Rd. Take your first right onto Sherman Street, and your first left onto Sherman Court. We are located on the second floor, of the second building on the left.
